Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your L&J Coastal Co. piece! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and in original condition

Free from damage, wear, or alteration

Returned with any original packaging, if applicable

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as L&J Coastal Co. is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Handmade & natural materials: Please remember that our jewelry is handmade using natural shells, sea glass, pearls, and other coastal materials. Natural materials vary in color, shape, size, and markings, so your piece may not look exactly like the photos. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Custom orders: Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.
